ADELARD LAPOINTE It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Adelard on Saturday, February 2, 2008 at the age of 89 years. Adelard leaves to cherish his memory, his wife of 63 years, Hortense (nee Lamontagne), his children Claude (France), Jacques (Jeanette), Robert, René (Agatha), Monique, 14 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, three sisters, Orise Lapointe, Irène Carrière and Rita Bernardin, as well as numerous brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. The family wishes to thank the staff on GH4 at Health Science Centre for all the care given to Dad in the last month. Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, February 5, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. with viewing at 9:30 a.m. at the St. Pierre-Jolys Roman Catholic Church with Father Marcel Chaput officiating. Burial will follow in the St. Pierre-Jolys Cemetery. Donations may be made to the Charity of ones choice.
